Real estate developer Phu My Hung Development Corporation has launched Happy Valley Premier, a new project at Phu My Hung City Centre in District 7.
Located on an area of 4,200sq.m in the recreational and cultural district of Phu My Hung City Centre, Happy Valley Premier is the last component of the Happy Valley project.
The project is next to the scenic river and crescent area, including Crescent Mall as well as Starlight Bridge, which connects with the international commercial and financial district.
When complete, it will contain 55 scenic duplexes of about 169sq.m each in two buildings, one with 10 storeys and the other with 20 storeys.
According to the Phu My Hung Development Corporation, the Happy Valley Premier project will be built on a floor area ratio of 2.88 with 79 per cent of the total land dedicated to an open area with a park and amenities like a swimming pool, gym and sauna.
The company said that HCM City has about 110,000 apartments but only 0.5 per cent of them are duplexes and most are built inside a project. At Happy Valley Premier, all of the products are duplexes. — VNS
